We're a registered NDIS provider based in Campbelltown and Armidale, supporting people with disability across South West Sydney and regional NSW.
Our story
Paradise and Paradise Care began with a simple frustration: people with disability in regional NSW had far fewer options than people in the cities — fewer homes, fewer workers, less choice. We set out to change that, starting with supported independent living homes in towns other providers overlooked.
Today we support participants across South West Sydney, the New England region, the Mid North Coast and the Central West, with SIL homes in five towns and a full range of daily living, community, nursing and allied health supports.

Respect first
We work for you, in your home, on your terms. Dignity isn't a policy document — it's how our workers are trained to behave every shift.
Local and reachable
Our teams live in the communities they support. When you call, you reach a person who knows your name and your town.
Honest about fit
If a home or a service isn't right for you, we'll say so and help you find one that is — even if it isn't ours.
Quality you can check
We're audited against the NDIS Practice Standards, our workers are screened and trained, and our incident and complaints processes actually work.

We're putting proper introductions to our team together — real photos and real words, not stock images. In the meantime, the best way to meet us is a phone call or a visit.
