NDIS Housing
A home that works for you, in the town you choose
We run supported independent living homes across regional NSW — places where the big providers don't go, staffed by locals who know their community.
Current vacancies
These homes have rooms available now. Vacancy status is kept up to date — if you see it here, it's worth calling about.

How moving into a SIL home works
- 1
Get in touch
Call us or send an enquiry about a home you like — or just tell us the town you want to live in.
- 2
Visit and meet
See the home, meet potential housemates and the support team. No pressure, and take all the time you need.
- 3
Check the fit
We help you and your support coordinator confirm your SIL funding and make sure the home genuinely suits your needs.
- 4
Move in, your way
We plan the move with you — your things, your routine, your rules. Support starts from day one.
SIL, SDA, STA, MTA — what's the difference?
SIL
Supported Independent Living
Funding for the support workers in your home — help with daily tasks, up to 24/7. This is the support, not the house itself.
SDA
Specialist Disability Accommodation
Funding for the physical home, for people with very high support needs — purpose-built accessible housing. Often combined with SIL.
STA
Short Term Accommodation
Supported stays up to 14 days — also called respite. A break for you and your carers, or a way to trial living away from home.
MTA
Medium Term Accommodation
Somewhere suitable to live for up to 90 days while you wait for your long-term housing — common after a hospital stay.
