Community participation support is about doing things, not just going places. Whether it's a TAFE course, a local footy club, volunteering, swimming, art classes or catching up with friends, we support you to take part in a way that builds real connection.
Your support worker is there to open doors and step back when you don't need them — the goal is always your independence and your relationships, not ours.
