Some daily supports need advanced training — things like complex bowel care, enteral feeding, severe dysphagia management, ventilator support and subcutaneous injections.
Our high-intensity support workers are trained and assessed against the NDIS skills descriptors for each task they perform, with clinical oversight from our nursing team.
