Supported Independent Living is help with daily tasks in your own home, so you can live as independently as possible. In our SIL homes across regional NSW, support workers are there as much or as little as you need — including overnight and 24/7 support.
Every resident has their own goals, routines and preferences. We build a roster of support around you, not the other way round: cooking the food you like, keeping the hobbies you love, and building skills at your own pace.
What this support looks like
- Help with personal care, cooking and household tasks
- Support to build daily living skills over time
- Overnight and 24/7 active support where funded
- Help managing medication and health appointments
- Support to get out into your community from home
How it's funded
Funded under Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life (SIL).
